General Information

Upward Flag Football at the Quarries is the perfect place for children to learn football skills, teamwork, and healthy competition in a safe and encouraging environment.

Who: boys and girls entering K-6th grade.
Where: The Quarries fields
When: August 31 - October 31. One hour practice per week on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays. Games on Saturdays.

Evaluations

Every player must attend the Flag Football Evaluation. This is a chance for the players to show off their skills throughout various drills. This is necessary for us to evaluate the skill level of all the players in our league and to help improve those skills as well.

Date for Evaluations:

August 24
Last Name A-M : 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Last Name N-Z : 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Please make every effort to attend this evaluation. If you are unable, please contact us at rec@hpbc.org to arrange an alternate date for you.

We will also hold evaluations on Tuesday during our Flag Football Camp at Camp Quarry Lake, so if your child is attending camp with us on that day they do not need to attend on August 24th.

Volunteer Opportunities 

Use your gifts, talents, and skills to minister to children in your neighborhood. We would love for you to get involved in Upward Flag Football at the Quarries. Here are some opportunities for you to get involved: coaches, referees, prayer partners, team supporter, devotion leaders, and much more. If you have a desire to serve in our Upward League, we can find a great fit for you!
