Get a great workout with friends in our Fitness Classes led by certified Instructors.  If losing inches while having fun sounds great, then you can choose a class or a couple of classes from our diverse schedule.  Classes include Pilates, Step Aerobics, Cardio N Sculpt, Spin Cycling, and even for our maturest members: Senior Cise!  All classes are suitable for all levels. 

Classes are free to single and family members and are available to non members and guests at $3.  A punch card for 10 classes may be purchased for $30 at the Welcome Center.  Participants must be at least 12 years of age with an adult. 

Bring a towel, water, and a great attitude!
